Might it be worth seeing if there's a sports physio in your area who can fit you in for a couple of sessions?Mimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01578612522819952936noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1640928856322776096.post-38935380059104446052021-03-20T10:18:33.783-07:002021-03-20T10:18:33.783-07:00Oh no. I'm also hearing you on not being able to make head or tail of that exercise sheet. I'm completely hopeless at things like that as well.
Those handbags are absolutely fabulous. Thank god for them! xxxPolyester Princesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05602613792584925087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1640928856322776096.post-20543526864088579942021-03-19T12:15:42.591-07:002021-03-19T12:15:42.591-07:00Oh Gisela, I'm so sorry to hear about your sho...Oh Gisela, I'm so sorry to hear about your shoulder! My daughter's shoulder has dislocated 3 times in the past couple of years, so in January 2020 she had surgery on it. It is, I'm glad to say, back to normal now. She last saw a medic just before this last lockdown. I understand how frustrating it is not being able to do things but respect for the one handed deodorant application!

The new bags are fab.

I hope you will recover well and quickly; you didn't say if you were able to work or not....
xxVronni's Style Meanderingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17122302881528071270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1640928856322776096.post-10286824059823183742021-03-19T11:58:20.170-07:002021-03-19T11:58:20.170-07:00What a time to break a bone. I was 6 when I broke my arm and remember the wrong sling being applied and my arm having to be manipulated after a month - ouch! I hope you heal quickly and that Himself is being such a patient nurse.
Welcome to the vax club! I had nothing more than a slight ache in my arm, Jon had a morning on a settee.
Lovely bags! xxxVixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05263970600699632661noreply@blogger.com
